Dr. Vines has practiced psychiatry in Arizona for for over 25 years and has experience working with diverse populations that include children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, SMI patients, and the chemically dependent.  He has practiced in a variety of settings that include outpatient clinics, residential programs, detention facilities, telehealth venues, and inpatient units.  Dr. Vines has a reputation for delivering the highest quality of mental health care no matter the population or venue.
