## The Continuum of Care Treatment Guarantee

Recovery does not always move in a straight line. If you complete our full continuum of care and then relapse or have a recurrence of mental health symptoms within one year of IOP discharge, you can return for up to 60 days of clinically appropriate re-treatment at no additional cost.



**To qualify:** complete at least 30 days of inpatient care, 30 PHP sessions and 30 IOP sessions, stay abstinent through each phase and stay active in our alumni program. Clients from any state qualify.

If you complete our full continuum of care and then relapse or have a recurrence of mental health symptoms within one year of IOP discharge, you can receive up to 60 days of clinically appropriate re-treatment at no additional cost. To qualify, you need to:

- complete at least 30 consecutive days of inpatient treatment
- attend at least 30 PHP sessions and 30 IOP sessions
- maintain full abstinence during each phase
